General Scope of Position:

We are expanding our sales team to meet the growing market demands and are searching for an individual with strong sales, prospecting and technical/problem solving skills to manage our territory sales growth efforts of our technical liquid-solid separation and filtration solutions covering various states including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, and Gulf Region of Texas with a focus on Chemical, Environmental, and Minerals applications, (visit us at under Process Filtration tab). The successful candidate will have current territory sales experience covering similar geography as well as strong technical/problem-solving skills, demonstrated success in prospecting and qualifying new customers and relevant customer contacts in our core markets


This is an outside sales position. Travel in the territory will be at minimum 50%.


Position Requirements:


The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years plus outside sales experience managing a similar geography and working in an industrial setting. Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or technical degree is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.


Job Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for achieving individual sales goals in the assigned region
  • Develops a sales plan for the region and implements Sales and Marketing programs and activities to achieve the plan goals.
  • Prospects and develops sales leads through business relationships, Lunch and Learns, investigation within the region. Qualifies those leads through the analysis of the potential product use and sales potential.
  • Establishes specific account strategies for major sales opportunities.
  • Maintains required Sefar product and customer application/technical knowledge in a range of markets to service customer needs.
  • Submits regular summaries to record pertinent information regarding customer needs, new applications, competition, general trends, etc.
  • Submits required sales reports to summarize accomplishments, information gained and to outline upcoming month's activities.
  • Provides input during the preparation of annual regional sales forecasts and plans.

  • Inside Sales Team managing the orders and facilitating internal activities for existing accounts, new business support by developing quotes for you, etc.
  • Market Management Team providing strategic support, marketing tools, and overall support.
  • Product Development/Engineering we are a solutions company and we have the engineering resources to assist with the technical application of our products.

We have the support team in place to help you, what we need is someone to drive the sales growth within their assigned territory.
