Territory Sales Rep Job Details: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM (expected to be available by phone until 8:00PM)
Pay: $60K/annual base + 25K+ Commission Annually

Territory Sales Rep Job Description: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
- Collaborate with engineering teams and product managers to support integration of company products
- Provide detailed and accurate price quotes to customers
- Assist in collections of past-due payments
- Partner with and manage sales associates and work with customer service to resolve issues and ensure top-notch service
- Work with and manage RGA (Return Goods Authorization) requests
- Develop sales forecasts and assist in planning budgets and marketing strategies
- Travel to designated site locations to represent the company at trade shows and industry events (company vehicle provided)
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Territory Sales Rep Job Requirements: - Must have 5+ years of experience in outside or territory sales within the industrial (mechanical or engineering) or agricultural sales
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with managing sales teams to achieve results
- Previous experience with forecasting, quoting, and budgeting preferred
- Comfortable travelling to and attending trade shows and interfacing with clients in a professional setting (75% of the role is traveling)
- Knowledge of SAP, Outlook, and CRM systems is a plus
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, follow up consistently, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with a customer-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
