Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-performing Territory Manager to lead sales efforts across Phoenix and the surrounding Arizona market. The ideal candidate will have experience in chronic pain management, particularly within interventional pain, neuromodulation, or spine-focused therapies. You will play a critical role in driving commercial adoption, educating physicians, and accelerating market penetration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets within the chronic pain product portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pain management physicians, anaesthesiologists, spine surgeons, and healthcare systems.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, in-services, and ongoing clinical support in the field.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic account plans.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing, clinical, and customer support teams to deliver value to customers.
  • Stay current on chronic pain trends, competitor products, and regulatory changes.
  • Represent the company at regional and national industry meetings, workshops, and conferences.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of medical device sales experience ideally with operating room sales experience, preferably in chronic pain, neuromodulation, spine, or interventional therapies.
  • Proven sales track record with consistent quota achievement.
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to support physicians in a procedural environment.
  • Ability to manage a large, geographically diverse territory.
  • Based in Phoenix or willing to relocate to Arizona.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
