Title: Territory Manager - Surgical Implants.


Company: Strongest regional distributor of surgical implants in the greater New York area, trusted brand of craniomaxillofacial and thoracic devices.

Territory: Northern New Jersey


Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development by identifying and converting surgeons to use assigned implants in their surgeries
  • Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships
  • Utilize associate sales support to manage existing clients and cover surgical cases
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service
  • Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events

Requirements:

  • 2+ years prior experience in surgical sales, with documented top performance accomplishments
  • Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice to for emergency cases
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus

Compensation:

  • First year expected total earnings $95k-$120k, Second year expected total earnings can be $120k-$150K based on productivity. This is a full time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
