About the role:

This position is working as a factory sales representative in our Parts and Solutions division, covering a set of identified dealers, featured in either our CMJ or UniCarriers branded dealer channel. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key contacts and decisions makers at dealers in order to earn their business and partner with them to grow sales.

What you will do:

Earn Dealer's parts business:
  • Regain lost business
  • Convert existing opportunities
  • Introduce new products
Partner with Dealerships:
  • Become an expert in how they operate now
  • Learn about Sales, Service, and Parts Department Operations best practices from internal and external sources.
  • Help the Dealers develop and hold themselves accountable for their own operational KPIs and Metrics
Help our dealers Grow:
  • Marketing, sales strategy, and compensation support and consulting
  • Utilizing our suite of online tools and business integrations
Work as advanced customer service and dealer support:
  • Fix it for now and then fix it forever; help smooth any rough spots in our dealer's experience Help us become the edge in product support
  • Work with urgency and be responsive to dealer demands and needs
Where:
  • Hybrid position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.
Qualifications

What you need to have:
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
  • Job Experience: 0 -2 years
  • Ability to travel in United States and Canada; 35% of the time minimum.

The hiring salary for this position ranges from $53,000 to $65,000 annually. The specific salary for a successful candidate will depend upon, among other legitimate factors, education, training, and/or experience.
