Position Title: Territory Account Manager - East TX, AR, LA, and MS

New Generation Supplements - home of Smartlic, HorseLic, and Feed in a Drum - is hiring a Territory Account Manager to achieve maximum growth, market penetration, and profitability within the assigned territory (east Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi) by effectively selling the company s products and related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with sales management, marketing, production, logistics, and technical service teams.
  • Analyze the territory market to determine potential and set expectations for current customers and prospects.
  • Plan and organize personal sales strategies to optimize time investment.
  • Stay updated on product applications, technical information, market conditions, competitive activities, and new product opportunities.
  • Develop presentation skills to effectively communicate at distributor, dealer, and producer levels.
  • Develop annual tonnage/expense budgets and other requested reports.
  • Participate in trade shows and conventions.

Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Frequent travel is required, with 2 to 3 nights out each week being typical.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver s license required.
