Defy Security is seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Account Manager (TAM) to grow revenue through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts in the Commercial segment (

Location Remote - Atlanta, GA


Responsibilities:


  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting and manage inbound leads from partners
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to generate and convert opportunities
  • Develop and execute territory plans focused on landing new accounts and expanding existing ones
  • Manage pipeline, forecast sales, and ensure strong renewal and retention rates
  • Leverage tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo) for market research and performance tracking
  • Conduct discovery calls and position tailored cybersecurity solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends and Defy's offerings

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in the Commercial or cybersecurity space
  • Prior BDR/SDR experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with VARs, SaaS, or technology sales is a plus
  • Proven outbound prospecting skills and ability to manage full sales cycles
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger) is a bonus

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000 USD. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions. This position may also be eligible for commission-based compensation, depending on the role and performance.
