Overview We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tenant Services Coordinator for a reputable family-owned company with a long-standing history in the industry. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs and requests of our tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering positive relationships within our properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

The position is onsite in McLean, VA. Our client is unable to provide sponsorship.

Responsibilities
  • Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to address tenant issues promptly and ensure timely resolution.
  • Lease Administration: Assist in lease administration activities, including lease renewals, rent collection, and lease compliance.
  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate tenant events and activities to foster a sense of community within the property.
  • Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to coordinate repairs, maintenance, and other services as needed.
  • Property Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of common areas and tenant spaces to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with property standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, maintenance requests, and lease agreements.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for tenant-related expenses, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact during property emergencies, providing support and assistance to tenants as needed.
  • Tenant Communication: Communicate property updates, policies, and procedures to tenants through newsletters, emails, and other channels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in property management, customer service, or hospitality industry highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, property management principles, and relevant regulations is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary range between $75K-$85K, based on experience and qualifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
