LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Tenant Coordinator to join our client's team in Coney Island, Brooklyn. The Tenant Coordinator will be responsible for managing tenant relations, ensuring smooth operations within the property, and handling various administrative tasks. This role will be 5 days in office and is an open-ended contract.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including scheduling inspections and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Facilitate communication between tenants and property management, ensuring that all parties are informed of any updates or changes.
  • Organize and conduct tenant meetings and events to foster a sense of community within the property.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date tenant records, including lease agreements, contact information, and payment histories.
  • Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other communications to tenants.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, budgets, and other documentation as required by property management.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate parties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in property management, tenant coordination, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
Hours:
  • 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Monday through Friday

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
