Temporary Welder and Fabricator (8 weeks)
£18.00 per hour plus overtime
Northumberland
We are looking for two welders and a fabricator for an 8 week contract in Northumberland.
We anticipate this will last around 8 weeks with plenty of overtime available and expected.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing MIG welding to ASME standards
- General fabrication of tank and pipework
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams.
- Conducting quality checks to meet industry standards.
- Ensuring a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Time-served MIG Welder with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Experienced fabricators
- Experience working with large scale pipework
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
Benefits & Rewards
- Pay: £18.00 per hour plus around 12 hours overtime per week
- Hours: 38 + 12 Monday to Friday
- Contract: Temporary for around 8 weeks
