Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about coordinating operations seamlessly? We are seeking a Warehouse Clerk to join our team and ensure the smooth flow of parts and equipment within our organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Ensure day-to-day operational excellence with a focus on quality.
  • Meet departmental standards and procedures consistently.
  • Optimize workload allocation for optimal outcomes.
  • Generate reports aligned with departmental activities.
  • Manage parts issuance physically and in SAP, including reorder requests and shipping.
  • Receive, distribute, and manage inventory accurately.
  • Follow internal procurement policies when replenishing stock or purchasing parts and consumables.
  • Maintain compliance with Mammoet safety regulations.
  • Keep the storeroom clean, organized, and efficient.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of materials to designated destinations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Warehouse Coordinator.
  • Assist in annual stock and cycle counting initiatives.
  • Assist in managing obsolete and slow-moving inventory (OSMI), through tagging and removal procedures.
  • Assist in material movement activities, including but not limited to bin locating and relocation activities.
  • Assist in inspecting equipment and materials for wear, tear, or damage, and reporting any issues if necessary.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability are essential.
  • Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and fuel engine systems is preferred.
  • Basic bookkeeping, filing, and computer skills (Word, Excel, SAP) are required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Familiarity with established procedures and willingness to use hand or power tools as needed.
  • Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must.
  • Understanding of OSHA and Mammoet QSE regulations is preferred.
  • Previous mechanical experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary.
  • Proficiency in management systems and MS Office suite is desired.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sectors such as construction is preferred.
