Temporary Sales Administrator. Salary/Hourly Rate: $24/hr Position Overview: As a Temporary Sales Administrator, you will be an integral part of an account team, providing critical support. Responsibilities of the Temporary Sales Administrator:
- Use systems knowledge, creative investigation, innovative follow-up, and problem-solving techniques to address internal and external inquiries
- Offer the business team timely insights on clients' requests and communications.
- Manage and organize schedules and communications effectively.
- Participate in team meetings to review workflow as needed.
- Liaise with Customer Service, Purchasing, Operations, Distribution, Planning, Labs, and QC as necessary
- Request and include supporting documentation when preparing samples for shipment.
- Ensure shipment tracking systems are accurately maintained.
- Keep product bases and packaging arrival records up to date.
- Create NBO documentation to facilitate the smooth transition of new wins to production.
Required Experience/Skills for the Temporary Sales Administrator:
- Exceptional sharpness and aptitude.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office role, preferably supporting a sales team.
- Proficiency in Excel (ability to search/filter through spreadsheets).
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Temporary Sales Administrator:
- Experience in the beauty, flavors, or fragrances industries.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
