What You Will Do
Join our team at Lowes, where delivering exceptional customer service is our top priority. As a Seasonal Retail Sales Team Member, you will:
- Be friendly and professional while quickly responding to the needs of customers and associates.
- Ensure merchandise is well-stocked and attractively presented for our customers.
- Promote safe work practices and motivate others to do the same.

As a Seasonal Associate, you could take on various roles such as Assembler, Receiver/Stocker, Customer Service Associate (CSA) on the Sales Floor, CSA Loader, or CSA Front End, typically in a temporary capacity. Each position supports our mission by providing quality service, including:
- Assisting customers in locating, selecting, demonstrating, and preparing merchandise.
- Processing sales and returns efficiently.
- Engaging customers with their shopping needs.
Keep in mind, this list is not exhaustive; you may be asked to assist with additional tasks as required. Applicants will be considered for any of these roles based on the hiring needs.

Travel Requirements: No regular travel is needed; however, some occasional travel may be required for meetings or training purposes at neighboring stores.

What We're Looking For
- Flexible schedule availability for 10 to 40 hours per week; hours may increase based on store needs.
- Morning, afternoon, and evening availability required any day of the week; late evening and early morning availability needed for Receiver/Stocker positions.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve prolonged standing, sitting, and lifting.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance; lifting over 25 pounds may require help (except for CSA Front End, where the requirement is to lift 10 pounds without assistance).

What You Need To Succeed
Minimum Qualifications:
For Assembler & Receiver/Stocker:
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

For CSAs (Loader, Front-End, and Sales Floor):
- At least 6 months of computer experience, including inputting and accessing data, and 6 months using a handheld device (e.g., mobile phone, tablet).

Preferred Qualifications:
For Assembler & Receiver/Stocker:
- 3 months of experience operating forklifts and power equipment.

For CSAs:
- 6 months of retail experience, including customer interactions, product knowledge, and sales support.

If required by state or local regulations, you will need to obtain a salesperson license or pass the licensing exam within 60 days of employment.
