Temporary Receptionist
Pay - $19/hr
Location - Maitland, FL
Schedule:
May 22nd - 23rd Half-Day
May 27th - 30th 8:00am to 5:00pm
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Temporary Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across departments. This role is responsible for ensuring effective communication via telephone and mail, coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, greeting and managing visitors, and maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage reception desk and handle incoming calls and mail distribution.
- Maintain shipping supplies and support domestic/international shipping needs.
- Greet and log visitors, issue access cards, and manage lobby information.
- Submit building work orders and maintain postage meter functions.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with special projects.
Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of office or front desk experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and standard office equipment.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Professional appearance and ability to interact with staff and guests at all levels.
