Administrative Assistant - Temporary

Full-time: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized temporary Administrative Assistant to support our Plant Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a working knowledge of maintenance terminology. Experience with TheWorxHub or similar CMMS platforms is highly preferred.
  • $20.00 to $22.00 based on experience

The Administrative Assistant for Plant Operations receives all calls from Residents and employees requesting work to be done in the community. All work orders are entered into the computer, then distributed to maintenance staff. Your responsibilities include accepting all calls from residents and employees for work orders, providing a timeline about when work will be completed, entering all work orders into the system accurately, maintaining a high level of customer service for the residents, and performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

What you will bring

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
  • High School graduate/GED is required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • At lease one year of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States
