About the Job:
- Support the firm's dynamic Summer Associate Program by preparing materials, scheduling events, tracking attendance, and assisting with feedback collection.
- Help run recruiting events by greeting attendees, distributing name tags, and ensuring everything runs smoothly-including catering and setup.
- Maintain internal spreadsheets and support the team with general admin tasks.
- Be an ambassador of the program, answering inbound questions from different contacts across the firm.
- Assist with in-person events for the program, helping with day-of execution and organization.
- Finalize and distribute program materials, packets and documents throughout the program length.
