LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a phenomenal firm seeking candidates to work as an immigration paralegal. Full training is provided. This is a W2 contracted position that could go permanent. This role is entry level, full time hours, and candidates must be comfortable going downtown 5 days a week in Pittsburgh. A paralegal certificate is not required, however this is an excellent opportunity for someone who just completed a paralegal program.


Responsibilities:


• Assist attorneys with the preparation and filing of immigration documents


• Research on visa application procedures and requirements


• Prepare and file petitions as well as RFE (Request For Evidence) responses


• Draft/organize H-1B, TN, L-1A/L-1B, I-140 and others


• Assist with naturalizations, employment and family based green card applications


• Oversee and mange caseload and client correspondence


• Assist with case filing


Qualifications:


• Bachelor s Degree Preferred


• Strong Attention To Detail


• Strong Writing Abilities


• Organized Individual


• Strong Communication Skills

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
