The Temporary Human Resources (HR) Assistant is responsible for employee file projects at a New York City healthcare location, with an estimated assignment duration of six (6) months. Opportunities are located in the Bronx, Brooklyn, or Manhattan.



Responsibilities:

  • Scan and shred employee file documentation
  • Employee document retrieval/collection
  • Upload digitized files to HRIS database
  • Other HR administrative duties, as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources or related field and/or equivalent experience, required
  • Prior HR office experience with knowledge of employee file documentation, required
  • Previous healthcare experience, preferred
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently


Hourly Rate = $17.00 - $22.00
