Description We are seeking a highly organized and proactive HR Administrator to support the HR Department & Executive Cabinet for Morris Brown College. This is a full time, 3 month opportunity. The ideal candidate will have some exposure to Human Resources practices, excellent administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The role will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources Department and Executive Team with compliance, records and will provide support to the front office. This role is located in Atlanta, GA.
Qualifications - Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Some Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Experience in higher education or non-profit sectors is a plus
- Bachelor's degree and two years in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; or a combination of education and experience.
