Oxford Solutions is working with a client in need of a Front Desk Admin for a short term, temporary assignment. This is an onsite role requiring availability Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer phones and direct calls as needed
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room setup
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
  • Distribute incoming mail and accept deliveries
  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Able to work onsite five days per week for the duration of the assignment
