Oxford Solutions is working with a client in need of a Front Desk Admin for a short term, temporary assignment. This is an onsite role requiring availability Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities - Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
- Answer phones and direct calls as needed
- Schedule meetings and coordinate conference room setup
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area
- Distribute incoming mail and accept deliveries
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Qualifications - Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role preferred
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Able to work onsite five days per week for the duration of the assignment
