Our client, a leading nonprofit in educational services, is seeking a Temporary Event Coordinator to support their team. This role involves managing webinar scheduling for biweekly conferences and maintaining data-driven software to generate reports.
About You:- At least 2 years of experience managing virtual events, webinars, or data reporting.
- Proficiency in Zoom, SurveyMonkey, Salesforce, and YouTube, with the ability to extract and analyze data.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently manage webinar logistics.
- Excellent attention to detail with experience compiling reports and presenting data-driven insights.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
About the Job:- Manage and execute Zoom webinars, ensuring smooth operation, technical support, and audience engagement.
- Pull and compile data from multiple platforms, including SurveyMonkey, Zoom, Salesforce, and YouTube, for reporting and analysis.
- Generate and analyze reports to measure webinar performance, participant engagement, and key metrics.
- Oversee webinar logistics, including scheduling, speaker coordination, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize webinar strategy and improve audience reach and effectiveness.
