We're looking for a Temporary eCommerce Coordinator to support our DTC eCommerce operations as we continue to evolve and strengthen our online business. This role is a great fit for someone who's detail-oriented, organized, and ready to dive into the day-to-day work that keeps our online experience running smoothly. From updating product pages to helping launch new campaigns, you'll be an essential part of the team keeping things sharp and on-brand.
What You'll Do:- Support daily website operations in Magento, including uploading content, updating product listings, and managing promotions.
- Help coordinate and schedule marketing content updates, homepage refreshes, and promotional assets.
- Assist with new product launches - building pages, uploading SKUs, and making sure product information is accurate and complete.
- Monitor inventory levels and flag any discrepancies.
- Act as a connector across eCommerce merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to keep projects and timelines on track.
- Keep an eye on site performance and support basic reporting as needed.
What You'll Bring:- 2-3 years of experience supporting eCommerce or DTC operations, ideally in a coordinator or administrative role.
- Familiarity with Magento or Smart Merchandiser is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset - you take direction well and aren't afraid to jump in where needed.
Pay Range: $25 - $30 per hour
