Adams & Martin Group in partnership with a mid-sized personal injury defense firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to assist its team on a temporary basis - getting started quickly. This role will be fully remote.
Due to increase caseload, this opportunity does have the chance of transitioning to a permanent position.
Firm is open to seeing those with at least 2 years of civil litigation experience, as well as those with more experience for a possible senior-level role (7+ years). Experience with toxic torts, product liability, or insurance defense is highly preferred. Must be barred with the state of California, but can reside anywhere in the United States.
Key duties will include research, motion drafting, depo and trial preparation, and discovery. Those who transition to a permanent role will take on full case management including court appearances.
Hourly rate will depend on years of experience; salary upon permanent hire will be commensurate with that hourly pay rate.
Firm offers great growth opportunities, strong mentorship and full benefits suite.
To be considered, please submit your resume. Those chosen to move forward will be scheduled for virtual meetings to discuss further.
