POSITION SUMMARY:
The Clerical Pool Assistant works under the oversight of the Clerical Pool Team Lead providing support to the claims staff for all centralized tasks accurately and timely. The individuals will be required to work in a team environment with other assistants across multiple office locations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Pay non-medical invoices within 30 days of receipt.
- Prepare and mail form letters including acceptance letters, benefit notices, bill denial letters, applicable form letters and wage determination letters for examiner including required enclosures and appeal forms.
- Performs other activities, duties and assignments as needed or requested.
Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Strong organizational skills.
2. High school diploma or GED required.
3. 1 year Office Experience.

WORKING CONDITIONS This position is in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment and requires the physical demands of a normal office position with some light lifting. This is a
temporary position expected to start on 7/14 and run for approximately two months with potential for extension.
