Responsibilities - Manage calendars and coordinate meetings efficiently.
- Book and oversee domestic travel arrangements with precision.
- Organize internal events and off-site meetings seamlessly.
- Process and track expense reports accurately.
- Arrange team meals while considering dietary requirements.
- Handle sensitive communications with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain accurate records and update systems like Salesforce.
- Support a variety of administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Requirements - A minimum of 3 years in a high-level administrative role.
- Outstanding communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities with professionalism.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Salesforce.
- Experience in travel planning, expense processing, and event coordination.
- Willingness to embrace a hybrid schedule with regular commutes to Menlo Park and San Francisco.
Please Note: Candidates must be able to commute regularly to Menlo Park and San Francisco. Commuting from Walnut Creek or Oakland is not feasible for this role.
