We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Support Coordinator to manage office operations and assist with client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review applications and associated documents for accuracy before scanning into the system, ensuring correct categorization and quality checks
  • Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone, providing information and directing them as needed
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory, reordering when necessary and keeping storage areas organized
  • Reserve and set up conference rooms for meetings, ensuring availability of equipment and materials
