Our client, a financial services company, is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant. This role works within a team of assistants supporting various bankers within an industry group team.
This is an ongoing temporary assignment starting asap, with the potential to extend.
Location: Dallas, TX
The schedule is 5 days onsite. 9:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch break) + OT as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support in a team-oriented environment
- Proactive and detailed calendar management across multiple time zones, prioritize meeting requests, including coordination of complex meetings and phone/video conference calls
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls;
- Coordinates domestic and international travel arrangements
- Arrange internal and client meetings
- Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to phone answering, time entry, copying, scanning, filing, mailing, archiving and other ad hoc projects as requested
- Handles highly confidential and sensitive client information with utmost discretion.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be a team player that works well under pressure within a changing environment
- Discretion to deal with confidential business matters
- Friendly, polite and approachable with a "can do" attitude
