Carolinas Staffing is looking for a Part-time Temporary Administrative Assistant In Calabash, NC.

Job Description:
The temporary Administrative Assistant is around a 3-month assignment 2 to 3 days a week 5 to 6 hours a day. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, E-commerce tasks, and handling backend administrative work as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, and have basic tech savvy skills. The Administrative Assistant should also have excellent customer service and customer support skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls
  • Responding back to customers
  • Provide administrative support for the team
  • E-commerce Tasks
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Hours: 2 to 3 days a week, 5 to 6 hours per day

Pay: $13.00 per hour depending on your experience.
