Job Title: Temporary Part-Time Admin- Drilling Department
Location: Casper, WY
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM (20hrs per week)
Duration: April-June Assignment
Pay Rate: $17 - $18 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
Adecco is currently helping a local client in Casper, WY seeking a Temporary Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support their Drilling team. This role is ideal for someone with previous administrative experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in drilling operations. The selected candidate will assist with daily morning reports, well data, footage tracking, safety document filing, and graph updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with compiling and distributing daily drilling reports
  • Manage and organize well data and footage tracking
  • File and maintain safety documentation accurately and timely
  • Update graphs and internal reporting tools as directed
  • Provide general administrative support to the Drilling team as needed
Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative experience in the oil & gas drilling sector
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a fast-paced environment
Pay Details: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour
