Job Title: Temporary Administrative Assistant
Location: Tallahassee, FL 32301
Duration: 3-4 weeks
Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for a short-term assignment. This role is 100% onsite at our Tallahassee, FL office.
Responsibilities: - Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and organize filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with general administrative duties as needed.
- Ensure all documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements: - Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
Work Schedule: - Full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
