The Temp Regulatory Affairs Analyst will support our client's Regulatory Affairs Office by coordinating regulatory communications, tracking inquiries and deliverables, managing meeting logistics, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and U.S. regulators to ensure timely, high-quality responses and adherence to compliance standards, particularly in areas such as BSA/AML and OFAC.

Description

  • Coordinate Regulatory Communications - Track and distribute regulatory inquiries, ensure timely responses from internal stakeholders, and maintain clear communication with U.S. regulators.
  • Manage Regulatory Meeting Logistics - Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and ensure proper record retention.
  • Maintain Tracking Systems - Update and monitor trackers for regulatory exams, action items, deliverables, and remediation efforts to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Support Regulatory Reporting - Assist in preparing status reports, regulatory updates, and submission quality reviews for the Regulatory Affairs Office (RAO) Head.
  • Assist with Ad Hoc Projects - Complete special assignments and procedural updates as directed by the RAO Head or Compliance Management.

Profile

  • 5+ Years of prior experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or legal functions within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong Knowledge of U.S. Banking Regulations, especially in areas such as BSA/AML, OFAC, and general compliance risk management.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills; Ability to coordinate across departments, manage regulatory deadlines, and maintain clear documentation.
  • Bachelor's Degree Required.

Job Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive hourly pay rate for the duration of the 6-month contract with opportunity to potentially extend and/or convert to a Full-Time Employee of the client's organization.
