Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Labor & Delivery (L&D) Job Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 24 Hours per Week Experience: Minimum of 24 months current Labor & Delivery experience required License: Active Arizona License (verification must be less than 30 days old) Certifications: - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM)- Association of Women's Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses (AWHONN)- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)- Basic Life Support (BLS)(All certifications must be from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, active upon submission, and included in the submission) Must-Have: - Flu vaccination or a declination form completed- No disciplinary hits on nursing records- Travel experience preferred- Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old) Job Description: - Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered. A copy of the driver's license must be included in the submission.- A specific cover page must be completed, detailing all facilities the candidate is willing to work in, and all shifts and departments they are open to working on.- Start date should be on or very soon after the listed order start date. - All requested time off should be listed on the cover page and must be less than 7 days. - Requested time off will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays. - All submitted candidates should be ready to accept the offer. Notify immediately if the candidate withdraws or becomes unavailable. - Background requirements specific to compliance standards must be met and attested to, so consult compliance guidelines.- Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility.
