Evans & Dixon is currently seeking to add a Temporary Marketing Coordinator to our expanding & fast paced St. Louis office. This is a temporary position and will be active from July 2025 through December 2025. As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling Firm events, website and social media management, and creating marketing materials to promote the Firm. You will provide marketing support to the attorneys, assist in onboarding new Associates, and develop advertising strategies and impactful campaigns through various legal and local publications. There is frequent client contact & advertising management. Your responsibilities will include handling all aspects of marketing for the Firm, attending conferences and seminars, and working directly with clients. Successful candidates will have a durable work ethic, superior ability to multitask, and enjoy working in a fast paced and intellectually stimulating setting.

What you'll do:

As the Marketing Coordinator, you will manage the Firm's marketing materials, create new marketing strategies, and record marketing metrics while providing support to our attorneys throughout our multiple office locations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with clients, attorneys, and vendors in promoting our Firm through various marketing strategies.
  • Digital Management: Manage, maintain, and update the Firm's website, social media accounts, and our internal website.
  • Strategize: Create new marketing policies and procedures, investigate new marketing trends, and update attorneys on relevant marketing information.
  • Event Planning: Plan, execute, and attend firm events such as seminars, educational sessions, Firm retreats, client events and outings, and internal Firm parties.
  • Administrative Support: Submit marketing invoices to Accounts Payable, keep inventory of promotional items, create goodie bags for clients, and ship swag to multiple office locations.

Education and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development roles within professional services
  • Previous law firm experience preferred
  • Experience in budget management
  • Proven track record of creating successful business development and client service programs
  • Previous experience using CRM (client management system) and Hubspot, experience in website management required
  • Travel will be required- you will travel to our multiple office locations, attend conferences, meet with clients, etc.
