LHH has partnered with a stellar law firm in San Francisco, CA - seeking experienced Litigation Secretary

Long term contract position work 40 hours per week. 5+ years of experience, excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Skills

-Knowledge of legal and local laws and rules

-State E-Filing

-Federal E-Filing

Prepare legal documents

-Experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense

-TOC/TOA

-Formatting and Proofreading of legal documents/ Knowledge of local and federal court rules and civil procedures a plus

ERP/Software: Microsoft Office, FileSite, LegalKey, DeskSite, Word 2016, Best Authority, Chrome River

Compensation and Benefits

Benefits include-medical

Compensation $40-50 hourly Parking NOT included

Hybrid schedule 3 days in office 2 days remote



Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
