Status: Full-Time (Temporary)
Compensation: $25/hr
Position Summary: The Temporary Events Coordinator will act as key support to the Events Manager and Marketing Team through planning, execution and post-event processes. They will be responsible for assisting with the execution of strategic brand events, store installations, and experiential activations. This role will interact with external vendors as well as multiple internal teams including Marketing, Retail, Content, and Visual Merchandising to Design.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support with the day-to-day management and logistics of all experiential initiatives including VIP events, hospitality trips, store openings and more.
• Source, manage and bid third party vendors and independent contractors for projects.
• Create and compile project briefs, event presentations, proposals and recaps.
• Organize and attend site visits and meetings with vendors and venues.
• Catalog invoices and work closely with Accounts Payable to ensure all vendors are paid in a timely manner.
• Coordinate meetings with vendors, venues, and the internal Kith Team.
• Create and manage production schedules for events.
• Manage on-site logistics for smaller scale installations.
• Partner with the Graphic Design Team to create / submit project briefs for all communications both print and digital.
• Manage and update internal catalog of event photography and recaps
Requirements:
Experience/Skills:
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
• Experience producing live events
• Highly organized, with high attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, in fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver timely and accurate work
• Must be able to prepare and manage detailed project budgets
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Adept problem-solver and self-starter with ability to address and resolve challenges to meet creative and brand standards
• High sense of resourcefulness with strong follow up and follow through
• Ability to travel, domestically and internationally and work a flexible schedule
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Office 365, and Adobe Creative Suite
