Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Executive Director of FP&A and Controller through organization, logistics, and correspondence while providing aid to the projects, initiatives, and daily operations for the finance/accounting and business intelligence teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO) Finance/Accounting - Schedule meetings by communicating with attendees, completing meeting logistics, providing agenda/documents, and record/distribute meeting notes, follow up, and next steps.
- Support with annual audit, reporting/analysis, financial statement creation and distribution, events and major events, and projects.
- Support annual budget creation process and training of departments regarding events, capital expenditures, and other items.
- Support financial reporting, update meetings, and correspondence between Campus Pastors and Finance team.
- Correspond with internal and external partners regarding finance and accounting matters.
- Support Exec. Dir. FP&A and Controller through project management of Finance/Accounting initiatives and projects.
- Partner with appropriate teams to organize and support creation, communication, and distribution of annual financial and missions report for congregation.
- Schedule campus staff touchpoints with finance leadership, rollouts of finance initiatives, maintenance of information on staff hub, and communications of accounting/finance policies (inventory, cash best practices, café finance expectations, etc.)
- Assist in counting tithes and offering with accounting team.
Committees Schedule, take and distribute notes, and support the following committees and committees to come:
- Business Intelligence Committee
- Budget Committee
- Capital Expenditures Committee
- Enterprise Risk Management Committee
- Insurance Committee
- Related Party Transaction Committee
- 20% Committee
Boards Support/assist in communications, reporting, creation of meeting minutes, executing initiatives, and coordinating subcommittee interactions for the following boards and boards to come:
- Victory World Church, Inc.
- VC Missions
- Missions Base Board
Other Business - Banks: Correspondence with banks, investment companies, and other financial institutions Victory interacts with.
- Real Estate: Support meetings, communications, and other business concerning real estate opportunities for Victory and its associated entities such as VCM, MMB, etc.
- Legal & Regulatory: Support engagement with lawyers for legal related matters and legal review process for contracts and other legal documents.
Pastoral Support - Support annual housing allowance process and mid-year reviews.
- Support Biblical Financial Guidance meetings and resources for staff.
- Support with congregants to meet with Exec. Dir. FP&A on Biblical Financial Guidance matters when appropriate.

SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in business.
- Or non-business bachelor's degree and 2+ years of related experience.
- Or 4+ years of related experience.
COMPUTER / SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Office 365
- Additional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
