We are seeking a Temp Admin to support our operations. This role involves a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile tickets for trucks arriving each day
- Assist with Accounts Payable processes
- Help process timesheets as needed
- Utilize Excel for data entry tasks
- Process Purchase Orders
- Perform other clerical duties to fill the day
- Utilize Workday as the primary internal system
- Process files in SharePoint as needed
- Provide additional administrative support tasks as needed to support operations
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in data entry
- Strong administrative support skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to process purchase orders
- Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Workday
- Experience with SharePoint
- High school diploma

Work Environment
This position is 100% onsite at our Montgomery County Grinding Operations. Preferred working hours are from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with alternative shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The office environment is loud due to its proximity to grinding operations. You will share the office with another team member and interact with equipment operators, project managers, and mechanics. The role is primarily based at the specified site with virtual admin team support.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
