As a remote OT, you will have the flexibility to work from home while delivering exceptional care through virtual platforms.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' functional status.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' independence and daily living skills.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.
Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Arizona, with current credentials.
Proven experience assessing and treating patients across diverse populations and conditions.
Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
