TELEPHONE RECRUITER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
- Permanent part-time position with daytime hours (no weekends).
- Local candidates train in our Mahwah, NJ office and can eventually work from home.
- Starting wage of $22-$25/hour depending on experience.
- Performance bonuses, ongoing training and paid time off.

As an Account Executive, you'll contact advisors to present career opportunities available at our clients' firms. With a strong focus on outbound dialing (approximately 40-50% of your day), it's not easy, but it's challenging and rewarding. No wonder so many of our AEs have been with us for so long.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Able to think on your feet - we don't use scripts.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships
- MS Office proficiency. CRM experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior financial advisor recruiting experience is a plus.
