Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from last 3 months.
• 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 3 months.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Cerner is preferred from any number of months.
• BSN completion preferred
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a District of Columbia license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living

Additional Details:
References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years.

On Call/Weekend Requirement: no on call; every other weekend required
Float requirement: Required to float within units of equivalent or lower level of acuity
Requirements: 2 years of experience: med/surg, MS/Tele, accessing ports, pre/post neuro surgery, peripheral nerve block catheters, chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac; Experience with Colostomy care, Feeding tube care and management, Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure, IV Therapy, Heparin, PCA, Surgical drains, Portable Oxygen tank, Isolation
Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac preferred.
