Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 4 years.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Indiana license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >100 miles from facility to be submitted.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

2EA Cardiac (Cardiac Telemetry) 28 beds
Patient: Post cardiac Cath, Positive Troponins, Afib with RVR, CHF- acute, Critical low blood levels of potassium, sodium, magnesium, Sepsis, Symptomatic Brady/Tachycardia, 2nd or 3rd degree heart blocks, Pacemaker insertions, Chest pain, First run of dialysis (not chronic renal failure), AICD malfunctioning, Nstemi, Post Stemi transferring from ICU
Can take BiPap patients
IV Drips: Nitro (up to 20mcg), Heparin, Amio (able to initiate and decrease from 33ml/hr to 17 ml/hr after 6 hours), Cardizem, Dopamine (no titration), Dobutamine (no titration)

Driver's license required for submission
