Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living
Additional Details:
All jobs with a 12 hour schedule have the option of a 36 or 48 hour work week.
No Block Scheduling.
Current Ascension employees cannot apply for travel roles. Candidates need to have employment separation for at least 6 months to be considered for a travel position.
In order to receive travel rate, clinician's claimed residence must match address on drivers license. If local, clinician must agree to the lower local pay package to be submitted.
Driver License is required for RN/LPN/PTs working on a compact license.
This is our main Cardiac Telemetry unit. The majority of these patients are on a cardiac monitor. They are monitored in a remote telemetry room, but also closely monitored on the unit. They do take cardiac drips. Their patient population is heart failure, heart attack (STEMI and NSTEMI), stroke (needing cardiac monitoring), cardiac arrhythmia's, chest pain, etc.
They may also take overflow medical patients if needed.
