What You'll Do: As the Telematics & Market Development Consultant you will develop and support all PC lines of business strategic growth initiatives related to telematics programs and market development. You will also:
• Lead cross-functional teams in the analysis, planning and implementation associated with all PC lines of business Technology Strategies.
• Define, implement and monitor a client service strategy consistent with property casualty companies' mission and vision of being the 'Company of Choice".
• Manage relationships between the business and IT on projects, building relationships and resolving conflicts when necessary.
• Develop, maintain, and coordinate relationships with business units, enterprise strategy, marketing, sales and information technology, acting as a liaison to help facilitate planning and analysis of all PC lines of business strategic and business initiatives and coordination of projects.
• Identify and understand PC market needs and trends. Assist with recommending and implementing changes based on findings to improve PC technology strategies.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
• College degree or equivalent plus 5-7 years of business/marketing experience.
• Underwriting/Claims/Insurance, IT, and insurance technology experience strongly preferred.
• Leadership, costumer service, team orientation, interpersonal, and technical/business/industry regulations skills required.
• Must be results oriented and able to adapt and deal with ambiguous situations and manage expectations.
• Must be able to meet deadlines.
• Minimal travel may be required, including over night stays.
