Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers
- Answer incoming calls and provide product or service information
- Enter and maintain accurate customer data in our CRM (Copper)
- Support the sales team with follow-ups, lead generation, and record keeping
Qualifications
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Experience with CRM systems (Copper a plus, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in telemarketing or inside sales preferred
