Job Duties and Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As a Technician, you'll visit customers' homes to solve problems and introduce them to innovative smart home technology.
  • Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
  • Educate customers on using their tech and suggest additional services when appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean work area; uphold professionalism while working independently and staying connected with the team.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

What You'll Need:
  • Valid Driver's License: Clean record required.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
  • Physical Ability:
    • Ability to climb ladders (up to 40 ft).
    • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
    • Must meet and maintain a 335 lb weight limit.
  • Customer Focus: Build trust and create an excellent customer experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Address a variety of challenges on the spot.
  • Determination: Work in confined spaces and varying weather conditions.
  • Adaptability: Manage changes and unexpected tasks with ease.
Salary Ranges

Compensation: $18.75/hour

The base pay range is a guideline. Individual compensation varies based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation adjustments are based on the role's location.
