Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to manage and oversee the lifecycle of projects, ensuring efficient workflows and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle 25-30 tickets concurrently, ensure seamless routing, and ensure timely project completion, adhering to specific processes and timelines for both logical and physical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Ticket Management:
- Receive and process tickets via Quickbase, ensuring accurate triggers through Salesforce.
- Manage ticket flow submitted by Sales Representatives and oversee their progress.
- Project Organization:
- Schedule and organize project deliverables, ensuring all requirements are met efficiently.
- Coordinate with customers post-project completion to address incoming inquiries and ensure proper follow-up.
- Ticket Routing:
- Determine appropriate routing to Team A or Team B based on the nature of the request:
- Logical Tasks: Tasks requiring reprogramming or re-routing.
- Physical Tasks: Tasks involving moves, relocations, or de-installations.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure swift action and progress on tickets.
- Reach out to customers to confirm project success and proper billing processes.
- Understand the complexities of hundreds of billing categories to ensure accuracy.
