About the Role: We are seeking a passionate Telecom Voice Systems Engineer to provide expert support and administration for our Microsoft Teams and Cisco Unified Communications environments. If you have a knack for troubleshooting and enhancing communication solutions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities: - Administer and support Microsoft Teams & Cisco Unified Communications systems.
- Assist with system upgrades, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Lead VoIP readiness and cutover initiatives across various departments.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and Contact Center systems.
- Conduct training sessions and develop comprehensive end-user documentation.
- Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure effective communication solutions.
- Support both pre-implementation and post-implementation phases.
Essential Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams & Cisco VoIP technologies.
- Proficient understanding of CUCM, Teams administration, and UC environments.
- Experience in VoIP system deployment and support.
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting abilities.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in team settings.
Preferred Certifications: - Microsoft Teams Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert
- Cisco CCNA / CCNP / Collaboration Specialist
- CompTIA Network+
- ITIL Foundation
