Desired Qualifications:
- Construction background is preferred.
- Possess knowledge and experience in using and maintaining basic hand tools.
- Possess the willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 500'.
- Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record that meets the company policy conditions.
- Must be able to pass and DOT physical, drug test and background check.
This is a traveling position and you must be comfortable being on the road M-F.
- 75-90% overnight travel throughout the Midwest.
- Per diem is $150/night when you are 60+ miles from our shop in Shakopee (you may keep whatever per diem you do not spend).

Responsibilities:
- Climb cell phone towers ranging anywhere from 50' to 500' in height.
- Correctly rig the ropes according to the rigging plan for each specific site.
- Mount antennas, radios, booms, stiff arms, and any other appurtenance that the site plan calls for.
- Route fiber and RF jumpers in the correct fashion according to the carriers/market's standards.
- Document with photos the work as it is completed.
- Keep the tower top and worksite clean throughout the work week and work to do the least amount of damage to the surrounding landscape when operating heavy equipment.
- Effectively and concisely communicate with crew members to ensure the job is done safely and correctly.
- Adhere to established regulations, standards and company policies and procedures and pay special attention to safety requirements and regulations.
