Job Title: Telecom Analyst
Location: (Remote) 50-60% travel Pay Range: $50 per hour What's the Job? - Install, configure, and maintain the organization's telecom infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to analog, digital, and VOIP telecom systems.
- Conduct site surveys and collaborate with users to determine their telecom needs.
- Lead telecom projects for setting up new sites and upgrading existing infrastructure.
- Provide weekly status reports on projects and outages to ensure transparency and accountability.
What's Needed? - Experience with LAN/WAN technologies and telecom infrastructure.
- Proficiency in using telecommunications provisioning software and Nextiva.
- Ability to react quickly to outages and provide effective connectivity solutions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Experience in vendor management and customer service resolution.
