Technology Specialist II

We have three branches located in Sparta, West Salem, and Tomah, WI.

We are looking for a Technology Specialist II to join our IT team and play a crucial role in supporting our organization's technical needs. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position located in our Sparta Office. As a Technology Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Diagnosing and resolving PC troubleshooting, repair, and installation. Overseeing and maintaining the phone system, ensuring proper configuration and functionality. Serve as liaison for our core processing system. Collaborate with internal and external vendors for system maintenance and improvement. Educate and support staff on best practices for technology use. This position requires an associate's degree in a computer related field and/or 4 years of relevant experience at a financial institution. We will require special technical knowledge of the techniques and procedures of software and network support for the credit union. Proven ability to understand installation, configuration, and troubleshooting processes for software, hardware networking, and accessory equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
